BERLIN, Germany — May 20, 2025:

Huawei took center stage in Berlin today with its highly anticipated "Fashion Next" event, where it unveiled a new generation of smart wearables designed to fuse cutting-edge technology with modern aesthetics. The launch signaled Huawei’s commitment to transforming the digital lifestyle space by integrating health innovation, fashion-forward design, and intelligent interaction.

At the heart of the announcement is the HUAWEI WATCH 5, an advanced smartwatch featuring the proprietary HUAWEI TruSense system, which integrates X-TAP multi-sensing technology and a Distributed Sensor Module. This allows for seamless one-touch health measurements and enhanced biometric accuracy. With new gesture controls such as “Double Slide” and “Double Tap,” users can navigate the interface more intuitively. The WATCH 5 makes its debut in sophisticated Purple and Sand Gold colorways, blending function with style.

Huawei also introduced the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4 series, continuing its push for a more active, fashion-conscious user base. The FIT 4 Pro, ultra-thin at 9.3mm, supports professional-grade outdoor activities including trail running, diving up to 40 meters, and a specialized golf mode. The device promotes Huawei's "Fashion Active" philosophy, encouraging an energetic lifestyle powered by AI-driven health management.

Joining the wearable lineup, the HUAWEI FreeBuds 6 are Huawei’s first open-fit earbuds with dual magnetic drivers and 2.3 Mbps lossless audio transmission, offering a premium audio experience alongside crystal-clear calls via advanced noise cancellation technology. Their sleek teardrop design elevates comfort and style.

Also unveiled was the 12.2-inch HUAWEI MatePad Pro 2025, equipped with an innovative Tandem OLED PaperMatte display. This cutting-edge screen significantly enhances brightness while reducing glare and reflections. When paired with the new Glide keyboard and revamped Huawei Notes app, the MatePad Pro delivers an elevated productivity experience for professionals on the move.

In line with its commitment to health and well-being, Huawei also evolved its global fitness campaign into "Active Rings", a motivational tool designed to help users of all fitness levels “Enjoy Your Moment.” With over 100 sports modes supported across its devices, Huawei encourages global users to embrace personalized, data-driven activity goals.

Huawei continues to lead the wearable industry, having topped global shipment growth in 2024 and retaining the No. 1 spot in China’s market for six consecutive years, according to IDC. The Berlin event further cements the brand’s role in shaping the future of personal technology, where health, design, and smart innovation converge.
