SAN JOSE, USA — May 19, 2025:
TCL CSOT, a global leader in next-generation display innovation, made waves at SID Display Week 2025 by debuting the world’s first comprehensive Inkjet Printing OLED (IJP OLED) family bucket. With a lineup spanning from smartphones to tablets, monitors, laptops, and rollable screens, TCL CSOT cemented its position as the industry frontrunner in scalable, eco-conscious OLED manufacturing.
At the core of TCL CSOT's presentation was its APEX platform, which supports the full spectrum of IJP OLED applications. Topping the highlights was the world’s first 6.5-inch IJP OLED smartphone display, branded as the “True Color Screen.” The panel delivers Real RGB pixel fidelity with 824×1833 resolution and 326 PPI—visually matching the quality of a 460 PPI Pentile screen. With 99% DCI-P3 coverage, ultra-fast 0.1ms response time, and low blue light emissions, it offers a premium eye-care viewing experience enabled by precise 3μm inkjet printing.
In the monitor segment, TCL CSOT introduced a 27-inch 4K 120Hz IJP OLED panel featuring stripe RGB layout and ultra-thin bezels. The display provides vivid visuals and fluid motion for professionals and gamers alike, underscoring IJP OLED’s commercial viability in high-end computing and entertainment.
TCL CSOT also broke new ground in tablets with the launch of the 14-inch “Lingyun Display”, the world’s first IJP OLED pad. The display boasts 1920×1200 resolution, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and micron-level deposition for 30% higher pixel density. Its anti-glare layer, ultra-thin cover glass, and stylus readiness make it ideal for creators and mobile professionals.
Pushing innovation further, TCL CSOT revealed the first oxide-based 14-inch IJP OLED notebook panel, combining the energy-efficient oxide TFT backplane with OLED’s vivid output. The 2.8K resolution display supports superior contrast and material efficiency, paving the way for greener mass production in mobile computing.
With this full-category debut—from 6.5-inch mobile displays to 65-inch TVs and beyond—TCL CSOT becomes the first manufacturer to commercialize a complete IJP OLED family. This marks a major milestone in printed OLED technology, promising a new era of scalable, sustainable, and high-performance displays.
TCL CSOT’s dominance at SID Display Week 2025 affirms its role not only as a technology leader but also as a pioneer in industrializing advanced OLED solutions for the global display market.
