Denver, USA – June 23, 2025:
FinThrive, Inc., a leading SaaS provider for healthcare revenue management, has unveiled its latest breakthrough—Agentic AI—at the HFMA 2025 Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. The innovation aims to redefine revenue cycle management (RCM) by embedding intelligent automation and autonomous decision-making across healthcare operations.
Agentic AI represents a major leap forward in revenue cycle technology, moving beyond traditional rule-based automation. The system features intelligent digital agents that can dynamically prioritize tasks, correct documentation in real time, and adapt to payer behavior—significantly reducing friction, speeding up revenue recovery, and enhancing compliance.
"Agentic AI isn’t just automation—it’s transformation,” said FinThrive executives, who emphasized how the platform leverages a real-time data fabric, machine learning, generative AI, and robotic process automation (RPA) to deliver enterprise-wide improvements. The technology enables end-to-end optimization across workflows, from eligibility checks and prior authorizations to cash flow forecasting and contract loading.
The company also debuted its Denials & Underpayments Analyzer, a new AI-powered tool that converts payer data into actionable insights. The analyzer identifies denial patterns, underpayment trends, and high-value recovery opportunities. Live demos are being showcased at the FinThrive booth throughout the conference.
A key part of FinThrive’s presentation is its new intelligent data platform, described as a modern operating system for revenue cycle transformation. It integrates AI, analytics, and automation to provide faster insights, greater accuracy, and measurable performance improvements for healthcare providers.
Agentic AI is also designed to continuously learn by monitoring real-time behavior and feedback loops, enabling smarter workflows over time. This capability empowers healthcare organizations to scale efficiently, adapt quickly, and focus human teams on higher-value, strategic functions.
As part of HFMA 2025, FinThrive’s Chief Growth Officer Evan Goad will co-present “Connecting RCM Technology Adoption & Modernization Patterns to Financial Performance” on June 23 alongside Mike Vigo, Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at UC San Diego Health. They will highlight insights from the RCMTAM—the industry’s first benchmarking model developed with HFMA to help providers prioritize RCM technology investments. Since 2023, over 150 organizations have completed the assessment, with two reaching the elite Stage 5 level.
Looking ahead, FinThrive plans to expand its suite of intelligent agents, further positioning itself as the backbone of the modern healthcare financial system. As the healthcare landscape shifts, FinThrive's vision for AI-enabled, proactive revenue management is quickly becoming reality—delivering operational excellence, faster recovery, and strategic agility.
