This launch marks a significant step in HONOR's ongoing push to redefine mobile and computing experiences with a combination of ultra-slim designs, powerful AI capabilities, and seamless cross-device integration.
The Magic V5 foldable smartphone, a highlight of the new lineup, is designed to be ultra-thin yet uncompromising in performance. With a slim profile of just 8.8 mm and weighing only 217g, the Magic V5 is the thinnest foldable device on the market, offering exceptional mobility and durability. Its 5820 mAh battery ensures long-lasting power, while its IP58/IP59 water resistance, scratch-resistant NanoCrystal Shield, and carbon fiber-reinforced display offer robustness for everyday use. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, the Magic V5 features a sophisticated AI Falcon camera system with a 64 MP Ultra Sensing Periscope telephoto camera, a 50 MP main camera, and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. The phone’s 7.95-inch internal display and 6.43-inch external display, both supporting pen input, make multitasking seamless with the Multi-Flex mode, which allows for up to three apps to run simultaneously.
"The HONOR Magic V5 represents the future of foldable smartphones—where design, power, and AI converge to create an experience like no other," said James Li, CEO of HONOR. "We’ve worked closely with partners like Google, Qualcomm, and Microsoft to ensure our devices not only meet the demands of today’s users but exceed their expectations."
