OUTFRONT Media, a leader in out-of-home advertising, has announced the appointment of Nick Brien as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Brien, who had served as Interim CEO since February 2025, will continue to serve on the company’s Board of Directors. His appointment marks the next phase of the company’s strategic focus on digital transformation, innovation, and growth.

In addition to Brien’s leadership role, OUTFRONT has expanded its Board of Directors, adding two highly regarded industry experts: Michael Barrett, CEO of Magnite, and Nicolle Pangis, Vice President of Netflix Advertising, North America. These appointments are seen as a major step forward in strengthening the company’s expertise in advertising technology, programmatic media, and data-driven strategies. Both Barrett and Pangis bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership in their respective fields, poised to drive OUTFRONT's next phase of innovation.

Brien has led industry giants like Dentsu, McCann, and IPG Mediabrands, partnering with leading marketers such as Microsoft, Intel, and General Motors. In his previous role as CEO of Amobee, Brien pioneered data-driven solutions bridging the gap between TV and digital advertising.

Michael Barrett, CEO of Magnite, the largest independent sell-side advertising platform, brings valuable insight into the CTV, video, and display spaces, offering OUTFRONT critical guidance on scaling its advertising marketplaces and optimizing data integration.

Earlier this year, OUTFRONT hired Jim Norton as Chief Revenue Officer (Enterprise) and Mark Bonanni as Chief Revenue Officer (Commercial).
