Warsaw, Poland – September 17, 2025:
DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 global IT services leader, has officially launched a new AI Center of Competence in Warsaw, marking a key milestone in its expanding global AI network. This state-of-the-art facility is set to transform how enterprises adopt artificial intelligence by delivering secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions tailored for real-world impact.
The Warsaw center brings together 500 AI and data specialists, offering deep cross-industry expertise to help organizations accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and lower costs through advanced AI adoption. This facility now joins DXC’s growing network of AI hubs across Europe and Asia, including Bulgaria, India, Spain, and the Philippines.
One of the flagship projects already underway at the center involves Ferrovial, a global infrastructure giant listed on Nasdaq. Working closely with DXC engineers, Ferrovial is further developing AI Workbench, a next-generation generative AI platform that integrates consulting, engineering, and enterprise-grade security to drive large-scale AI deployment. The platform is already in use across Ferrovial’s operations, using over 30 intelligent agents to make real-time decisions that enhance safety and streamline performance.
Javier Lázaro, Digital Hub Director at Ferrovial, praised the partnership: “We are excited to tap into DXC’s global engineering talent through the AI Center in Warsaw. The AI Workbench is already proving instrumental in transforming how we manage risk, operations, and innovation.”
DXC’s AI Center in Warsaw is anchored on three strategic pillars: resilient cloud infrastructure, intuitive AI interfaces, and a centralized hub for research and development. This triad supports the development of practical AI systems while maintaining the highest levels of data security, regulatory compliance, and operational flexibility.
According to Pete McEvoy, DXC’s Managing Director for Data & AI, the new hub is more than just a technical facility—it’s a global innovation engine. “Our goal is to create an ecosystem of continuous learning and collaboration. With the right people, robust processes, and advanced technologies, we ensure our AI solutions are not only powerful but sustainable, ethical, and enterprise-ready,” he said.
Beyond serving corporate clients, the Warsaw hub contributes to DXC’s broader AI strategy by supporting workforce transformation and AI upskilling. DXC’s network of AI centers collectively positions the company as a trusted partner for organizations aiming to scale responsibly with emerging technologies.
As demand for real-time intelligence, cloud automation, and data security grows across industries, DXC’s AI Center of Competence in Warsaw underscores its commitment to helping enterprises innovate with confidence, efficiency, and global reach.
