Allentown, United States — September 9, 2025:

The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), a Certified B Corporation and the nation’s only U.S. Department of Energy Home Improvement Expert Lender Partner, has announced a significant expansion of its residential business development team to support contractors and accelerate the delivery of energy efficiency financing across the United States.

As demand continues to rise for fair, transparent financing of energy-saving home improvements—from HVAC and electrification to insulation, generators, and roofing—NEIF is reinforcing its commitment to contractor engagement and regional growth with new leadership hires and internal promotions.

Veteran corporate strategist and sales trainer Bill Schamp joins NEIF as Senior Director of Sales Management, working alongside NEIF Co-Chair Peter Krajsa to lead the growing residential business development team. Schamp’s focus will be on strengthening national contractor support and refining NEIF’s market-driven approach to sustainable home improvement financing.

Further extending NEIF’s regional reach, the organization has appointed three senior directors to lead contractor recruitment and program development across major U.S. territories. Amy Beley, a longtime leader in energy efficiency, will oversee operations in the Southwest including Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Karris Walker, with extensive experience in electrification and energy development, will lead contractor and program expansion across the Mid-Atlantic, covering Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. In the Northeast, Jared Mulliner will support contractors and program partners in New York and the New England states.

Continuing in their current roles, Randy Bak remains focused on New Jersey and its robust utility-financing programs, while Trey Muffet will maintain responsibility for national accounts and channel partnerships.

Adding further depth to the contractor development team, Brittany Heller has been promoted to Manager of Contractor Development. She now leads a newly formed unit dedicated to providing expanded training, technical support, and resources to NEIF-Approved Contractors—firms that meet the lender’s high standards for quality, integrity, and financial stability.

“This expansion is about scaling our mission,” said Co-Chair Peter Krajsa. “We are investing in people who understand the critical connection between trusted financing and the growth of clean energy improvements in American homes. By supporting our contractors more effectively, we help more homeowners access affordable solutions that lower energy use and improve comfort.”

NEIF’s contractor-focused approach has become a cornerstone of its success, empowering thousands of local businesses to grow with the help of simple, fixed-rate financing tailored for energy upgrades. As electrification and decarbonization continue to reshape the residential sector, NEIF’s expanded team ensures the company remains a national leader in responsible, program-supported lending.

With a growing network of NEIF-Approved Contractors and a presence in more than 30 states, the organization is uniquely positioned to meet the rising demand for energy-efficient solutions through both public and private partnerships. The newly strengthened team is expected to play a central role in scaling NEIF’s impact, further solidifying its role as a trusted ally for homeowners, contractors, and clean energy stakeholders nationwide.
