Fortunately, Android smartphones come equipped with features that can significantly reduce eye strain without the need for third-party apps. Here are some of the most effective tools built into Android devices.
One of the main causes of eye strain is blue light emitted from smartphone screens. Blue light can confuse the brain into thinking it is daytime, disrupting natural sleep patterns and causing eye fatigue.
Android phones include a Night Light or Eye Comfort Shield feature that reduces blue light emission and gives the screen a warmer, orange hue. Activating this setting softens the screen’s brightness and color, making it easier on the eyes during prolonged use.
