Samsung Electronics has unveiled its latest Galaxy Buds3 series, offering users an unparalleled audio experience. Designed with comfort, rich sound quality, and advanced AI features in mind, the Galaxy Buds3 series delivers a perfect blend of innovation and performance.
Question: What were your main concerns regarding user experience when developing the Galaxy Buds3 series?
Nam: When designing the Galaxy Buds3 series, we aimed to create a completely new product rather than simply iterating on previous models. We believe that a comfortable fit is essential for delivering premium sound quality and convenience. Given the unique nature of human ears, we conducted extensive research to gather 3D data on various ear shapes. This data allowed us to develop a new design that offers a more secure and comfortable fit.
Question: How has Galaxy AI influenced the development of the Galaxy Buds3 series?
Kim: We sought to create a personalized listening experience for each user through AI. When wearing the Galaxy Buds3 series, Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and sound are optimized using AI algorithms that analyze real-time sound differences from internal and external microphones. Galaxy AI seamlessly integrates with the new design for enhanced wearability and functionality.
Nam: Thanks to Galaxy AI, the Galaxy Buds3 series offers a significantly enhanced communication experience. One of the most notable improvements is the enhanced call quality. AI technology effectively restores the caller's voice in various noisy environments, ensuring clear and understandable conversations. Additionally, when connected to a Galaxy smartphone, the Listening Mode can be utilized in conjunction with the Interpreter feature, providing users with a more convenient and accessible communication experience.
Enhanced Audio Quality with Optimal Comfort
Question: What was the most memorable highlight of the planning process?
Kim: Our pursuit of audio excellence led us to explore a wide range of speakers and attend expert seminars. Through meticulous research and analysis, we were able to develop the Galaxy Buds3 series with a balanced sound profile that has been praised by users.
Nam: One of the most memorable aspects of the development process was conducting consumer evaluations early on. Our research revealed a strong desire among users for granular control over sound and noise cancellation. In response, we introduced a customizable feature that allows users to fine-tune the equalizer (EQ) and noise control settings to their preferences. It was incredibly rewarding to incorporate this direct user feedback into the final product. I'd also like to express my gratitude to our development team for their unwavering support throughout this entire journey.

Nam: Voice Command is a standout feature of the Galaxy Buds3 series, allowing users to control their earbuds hands-free. Whether you're busy washing dishes or taking out the trash, simply use your voice to adjust volume, change music, or answer calls.
