VTG, a leading provider of national security solutions, announced the acquisition of Triaplex, Inc., a Maryland-based company specializing in cyber warfare and signals intelligence. This move significantly expands VTG’s technical capabilities and deepens its reach across the U.S. Intelligence Community, particularly within the National Capital Region.
Triaplex, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Fulton, Maryland, has quickly established itself as a trusted provider of advanced radio frequency (RF) solutions designed to protect warfighters and mission-critical systems. The acquisition allows VTG to tap into Triaplex’s expert talent pool and specialized engineering strengths in areas vital to national defense.
