The inauguration, held on May 1, 2025, marks a major milestone in the company’s European expansion strategy, following a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25% in the UK over the past five years.

The new headquarters reflects Hexaware’s commitment to deepening client relationships and accessing top-tier local talent. As its second-largest global market, the UK plays a vital role in the company’s long-term vision. The headquarters will function as a co-innovation center, providing clients with direct access to Hexaware’s expertise in artificial intelligence, data management, digital engineering, and cybersecurity. It will serve industries ranging from banking, insurance, and healthcare to manufacturing, retail, travel, and high-tech services.

The launch event was attended by leading figures including Sir Nigel Wilson, Chairman of the Canary Wharf Group; Deepa Doshi, Head of Missions at the Ruth Strauss Foundation; and R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director of Hexaware Technologies. Also present were a wide range of clients, partners, and industry leaders from across the UK tech and business landscape.

Amrinder Singh, President and Head of EMEA and APAC Operations at Hexaware, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion: “The UK and Ireland is one of our fastest growing markets globally. It has seen tenfold growth over the past decade, and we aim to maintain that momentum by driving innovation, economic growth, and job creation across the region.”

Parameshwaran Iyer, Senior Vice President and Regional Head for the UK and Ireland, noted that Hexaware’s new office would enhance its ability to serve clients more effectively: “With over 25 years of presence in the UK and a team of 650 employees, this new HQ ensures that we are closer to our clients and better positioned to deliver impactful outcomes across multiple sectors.”

The company’s expansion also includes a significant delivery center in Birmingham, aimed at doubling its UK workforce within the next three years. The new headquarters is expected to bolster Hexaware’s mission of building stronger relationships with clients and contributing to the region’s growing tech ecosystem.

Sir Nigel Wilson welcomed the move, stating, “Hexaware’s choice of Canary Wharf underscores the area’s status as a global hub for innovation. Their ambition and impressive growth are a great fit for our diverse and thriving business community.”

Deepa Doshi praised Hexaware’s support for the Ruth Strauss Foundation and the local community: “It is a privilege to share this milestone with a company that has been an invaluable partner in supporting families during their most difficult times.”
