PESHAWAR, Pakistan — May 16, 2025:

In a landmark development for artificial intelligence in South Asia, U.S.-based AI company MindHYVE.ai has partnered with Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to launch Pakistan’s first multi-sector AI initiative for social good. This bold collaboration marks a turning point for humanitarian innovation, harnessing AI to enhance services in education, healthcare, disaster relief, and financial inclusion.

The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by MindHYVE.ai Founder and CEO Belal Faruki and Alkhidmat KPK President Khalid Waqas. The agreement lays the foundation for a state-of-the-art Multi-Sector AI Innovation Lab in Peshawar—envisioned as a regional hub for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) applied to community development.

“This isn’t just a tech deployment,” said Faruki. “It’s about building capacity, equity, and national infrastructure for sustainable AI-driven progress. Alkhidmat’s deep-rooted network makes them the perfect ally to activate this mission.”

The lab will support agent training, localized AI deployment, and research, while also serving as an incubator for youth-led startups in collaboration with local universities and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IT Board.

The initiative’s first phase will focus on education, deploying MindHYVE.ai’s ArthurAI platform through Alkhidmat’s Bano Qabil program, which serves more than 85,000 students. ArthurAI will offer adaptive learning, real-time feedback, and multilingual content in Urdu and Pashto.

Future phases will introduce AI agents tailored for healthcare (Chiron), microfinance (Eli), and retail innovation (Carter), embedding intelligent systems into Alkhidmat’s broader humanitarian operations.

“By merging our infrastructure with MindHYVE’s AI capabilities, we are unlocking opportunities for smarter governance and inclusive access to education and health services,” said Waqas.

Operating under a non-profit licensing model, the partnership emphasizes ethical governance, regional language support, and long-term sustainability. MindHYVE.ai will provide the AI tools, APIs, training, and customization necessary for deployment.

This partnership sets a precedent in Pakistan and beyond, showcasing how strategic public-private collaborations can use AI for scalable, ethical, and people-centered development.
