Seoul, South Korea – May 23, 2025:

Nota AI, a frontrunner in on-device AI optimization, has submitted its preliminary application for an IPO on the KOSDAQ market, signaling a pivotal step toward becoming the first AI optimization technology firm listed in South Korea. Mirae Asset Securities will lead the underwriting for the IPO, which plans to publicly offer approximately 2.92 million shares out of a total of over 21 million.

In a significant achievement last December, Nota AI became the first AI optimization startup to receive an ‘A’ rating from both NICE Information Service and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation—an official recognition of its technological excellence and business potential.

At the core of Nota AI’s innovation is NetsPresso, a proprietary AI model optimization platform that automates deployment across edge devices. This dramatically improves efficiency and slashes operational costs, a capability increasingly essential in the AI-driven digital economy. Nota AI’s growing global impact is evidenced by its partnerships with top-tier semiconductor giants including NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Arm, Samsung Electronics, and Sony.

The company’s AI solutions are already transforming industries. Its generative AI video monitoring product, Nota Vision Agent (NVA), is actively deployed in sectors such as industrial safety, public transportation, and retail. In a major international breakthrough, Nota AI recently signed a landmark agreement with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority—becoming the first Korean company to secure such a deal in the UAE's transportation sector.

IPO proceeds will be directed toward scaling global operations, recruiting top AI talent, and accelerating product development. Nota AI currently maintains overseas branches in Berlin (since 2020) and Sunnyvale, California (since 2022), and is actively expanding into strategic markets across the Middle East, Japan, and Southeast Asia.

“Our IPO is more than a funding milestone—it’s a declaration of global ambition,” said Myungsu Chae, CEO of Nota AI. “We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of AI optimization technology and strengthening our international presence.”

Since its founding, Nota AI has raised $42.6 million in funding from major investors including Samsung, LG, Kakao, and Naver D2SF. The company reported $5.86 million in revenue last year—up 136% year-over-year—and projects continued growth exceeding 67% this year, reinforcing its technology-first scalability and global momentum.

As the global race for edge AI intensifies, Nota AI’s KOSDAQ bid cements its role as a transformative force in delivering smarter, more efficient, and deployable AI solutions worldwide.
