DALLAS, USA — May 2, 2025:

Prime Fiber, a commercial open-access fiber infrastructure company, has announced the expansion of its wholesale partnership with AT&T to Arizona, with new agreements covering the Sun City area of Maricopa County and the City of Peoria. The move broadens the companies' collaboration beyond their existing project in Florida and underscores a shared commitment to expanding high-speed broadband access across the U.S.

Founded in late 2023, Prime Fiber serves as the wholesale arm of NOVOS FiBER, a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) provider offering retail services to residents and small businesses. Both entities are backed by InLight Capital, a private investment firm based in Sugar Land, Texas.

This latest announcement follows a 2024 partnership between Prime Fiber and AT&T in Florida, where the companies are jointly developing fiber infrastructure in Naples, Bonita Springs, Golden Gate, and San Carlos Park.

“We are thrilled to strengthen our relationship with AT&T by extending our reach into two new markets in the greater Phoenix area,” said Andrew Snead, CEO of Prime Fiber. “Our Florida build is progressing well, and adding Sun City and Peoria to our footprint marks another milestone in our mission to expand high-quality fiber infrastructure. We look forward to bringing our services to even more communities in the near future.”

AT&T, one of the nation’s largest telecom providers, expressed equal enthusiasm about the expanded collaboration.

“We remain highly committed to our converged growth strategy driven by expanding our leading fiber footprint and building on the positive momentum with Prime Fiber in Florida,” said Erin Scarborough, Senior Vice President of Consumer Product at AT&T. “We’re excited about this expansion in the great state of Arizona and will continue working with service providers like Prime Fiber to accelerate efforts to deliver leading converged services to more homes.”

The expansion further positions both companies at the forefront of broadband development in underserved and high-growth regions, aligning with national efforts to bridge the digital divide through private-sector investment and collaboration.
