The system, spanning 20,000 square meters with a 2MW output, is projected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 209,370 kilograms annually—equivalent to the yearly carbon absorption of more than 11,700 mature trees. The installation supplies 50% of the factory’s energy needs, firmly embedding renewable power into the company’s core operations.
The Jiaxing facility incorporates additional sustainability features, including smart LED lighting, solar-powered streetlamps, high-efficiency motors, and a rainwater harvesting system used for irrigation, cleaning, and non-potable applications. These integrated systems not only reduce energy and water use but also position Smartee as a leader in environmentally responsible manufacturing in the orthodontic sector.
