PLANO, Texas, USA – May 17, 2025:

Toyota has officially introduced the 2026 bZ Woodland, a robust all-electric SUV designed to elevate adventure with sustainable performance. Showcased from the automaker’s U.S. headquarters in Plano, Texas, the new model expands Toyota’s battery electric vehicle (BEV) lineup with a compelling blend of power, utility, and technology.

The bZ Woodland delivers a manufacturer-estimated 375 horsepower and features standard all-wheel drive (AWD) powered by dual electric motors. Its X-MODE system offers tailored traction control for diverse terrains, while Grip Control enhances low-speed off-road performance. Aiding outdoor capability, the vehicle boasts 8.3 inches of ground clearance, 3,500-pound towing capacity, and optional All-Terrain tires.

Built on Toyota’s e-TNGA platform, the bZ Woodland features a 74.7 kWh lithium-ion battery, enabling up to 260 miles of all-electric range. With DC fast charging capabilities, it can recharge from 10% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes. Additional features like preconditioning and Plug & Charge streamline winter charging and simplify station access.

Design-wise, the Woodland edition differentiates itself with a longer and taller profile than its bZ siblings, widened black fenders, standard roof rails, and 18-inch aluminum wheels with removable covers. New color options like Stepping Stone, Trueno Blue, and Raven Black highlight its rugged yet refined appeal.

Inside, the cabin offers comfort and connectivity. Drivers will find heated SofTex seats, a 14-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen, and support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Premium Package includes ventilated seats, a panoramic roof, and a JBL 9-speaker system with an 800-watt amplifier.

Toyota’s suite of Connected Services includes a Wi-Fi hotspot, cloud-based navigation, and Remote Connect, allowing control of features like charging, climate, and even vehicle access via smartphone. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0™ enhances driver safety with features like Lane Tracing Assist, Automatic High Beams, and Proactive Driving Assistance.

Supporting sustainability and reliability, Toyota covers the battery pack for 8 years or 100,000 miles and offers its ToyotaCare maintenance plan for two years or 25,000 miles. The bZ Woodland joins Toyota’s growing electrified portfolio of 21 models, reflecting the company's global commitment to carbon neutrality.

The 2026 Toyota bZ Woodland is set to arrive at dealerships in early 2026, offering a new standard for electric SUV performance and outdoor freedom.
