Chichester, UK – July 11, 2025:

Hyundai Motor Company has officially unveiled its latest high-performance electric vehicle, the IONIQ 6 N, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, marking a landmark moment in the company’s journey toward electrification under its Hyundai N performance sub-brand.

Engineered with 650 PS (478 kW) and 770 Nm of torque, the IONIQ 6 N accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 257 km/h, placing it firmly at the forefront of next-gen performance EVs.

Building on Hyundai N's three core performance pillars — Corner Rascal, Racetrack Capability, and Everyday Sportscar — the IONIQ 6 N is designed to thrill on the track while offering the comfort and practicality expected in daily driving. Key enhancements include redesigned suspension geometry, a more refined N e-Shift virtual gear shift system, and advanced acoustic tuning for a fully immersive experience.

The vehicle’s aerodynamics have also been refined, with motorsport-inspired features like a swan-neck rear wing and widened fenders for improved downforce and high-speed stability. A new signature color, Performance Blue Pearl, underscores its aggressive design and dynamic identity.

Beneath the sculpted exterior lies a reengineered N Battery Management System, optimized for heat control and endurance under extreme driving conditions. New stroke sensing ECS dampers offer customizable damping force for both road comfort and track performance.

Inside, the IONIQ 6 N features N Active Sound+ and N Ambient Shift Light, enhancing driver immersion through synchronized audio and visual cues. The car also debuts N Track Manager and N Drift Optimizer, tools that allow drivers to fine-tune performance, monitor lap times, and tailor drift dynamics.

José Muñoz, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company, stated, “With IONIQ 6 N, Hyundai N aims to electrify passion, offering a new dimension of thrill for performance enthusiasts.”

Manfred Harrer, Executive Vice President and Head of Vehicle Development, added, “This car combines speed, control, and comfort like never before. It’s a new benchmark in modern EV engineering.”

Complementing the launch, Hyundai also introduced a new line of N performance parts, allowing customers to further personalize and optimize their driving experience.

With its advanced engineering, immersive controls, and bold design, the IONIQ 6 N sets a new global standard for high-performance electric vehicles—proving that the EV future is not just efficient, but exhilarating.
