Auburn Hills, Michigan — USA July 8, 2025:

Stellantis is reshaping the connected car experience for its U.S. customers with the launch of two streamlined service packages—Connect ONE and Connect Wi-Fi PLUS—designed to deliver greater value, clarity, and convenience. The updated services will be available on new and eligible used Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT vehicles starting in July 2025.

Connect ONE will be included at no additional cost and remains active for 10 years from the date of purchase or lease. This tier provides essential features such as over-the-air (OTA) software updates, vehicle health reports and alerts, recall notifications, and automatic SOS calling. Customers will also benefit from remote lock/unlock functionality via the brand’s app, digital key access (where supported), basic navigation, in-vehicle games, EV charging management tools, and more.

The premium option, Connect Wi-Fi PLUS, is a subscription-based tier priced at $17.99 per month after a three-month free trial, available if activated within 30 days of vehicle purchase or lease. This package adds unlimited in-car Wi-Fi for up to eight devices, advanced remote vehicle operations, stolen vehicle tracking, geofencing and speed alerts, hands-free voice assistant support, connected navigation with real-time traffic, and Amazon Alexa integration.

Stellantis emphasizes that these new offerings are built with customers in mind. According to Cristiani Campos, Senior Vice President of the Stellantis Software Business Unit, the goal is to simplify the connected services structure while offering longer-term value. “We’ve been listening to our customers and simplifying connected services to give them more value, more clarity, and more control,” she said. “By including essential software for the full life of the vehicle and bundling popular features like Wi-Fi, we are giving our customers a connected experience that works better for everyday needs.”

The launch of Connect ONE marks a notable upgrade from previous plans by significantly extending the duration of key features. Vehicle health reports and service scheduling tools, previously offered for five years, are now covered for ten. Remote access services, which were previously available only for three months, are also extended to a full decade.

The new connected services will be managed through the brand’s mobile app or website, and are available for eligible new and used vehicles. Existing customers with compatible models can activate the updated services starting in July. Chrysler and Alfa Romeo vehicles will be added to the program shortly after, while customers in Canada can expect a similar rollout later this year. Stellantis is also planning further expansions of its Connected Services platform to additional global markets.

It’s important to note that availability of specific features may vary by brand, model, trim, and equipment. SiriusXM satellite radio and optional driver-assist features such as Hands-Free Active Driving remain unchanged, as does the connected services structure for 2025 and earlier model-year versions of the Dodge Durango, Chrysler Pacifica, and Jeep Compass.

Stellantis is encouraging customers to activate Connected Services directly at the dealership during vehicle delivery. The Connect ONE package is automatically enabled, while the Connect Wi-Fi PLUS free trial can be set up during onboarding.

With this move, Stellantis continues to push toward a more unified, user-friendly digital experience that enhances both safety and daily convenience for drivers in an increasingly connected world.
