Fintech Desk – February 10, 2026:

German software developer TeamViewer has projected a cautious revenue increase of 0–3% for 2026, reflecting ongoing market volatility, according to its latest forecast. The company expects an adjusted core profit (EBITDA) margin of approximately 43%, signaling continued operational efficiency amid uncertain market conditions.

In the fourth quarter, TeamViewer reported pro-forma revenue of €194.6 million ($231.69 million), up 2% year-on-year and slightly above analyst expectations of €192.6 million. Its adjusted EBITDA was €87 million, representing a 45% margin, highlighting strong profitability despite modest top-line growth.

CEO Oliver Steil expressed confidence in returning to mid- to high-single-digit revenue growth in the medium term while maintaining profitability. Following normalization after pandemic-driven remote work, TeamViewer has shifted focus to serving larger corporations, aiming for more sustainable, long-term growth.

The company also highlighted growing demand from both enterprise and small to medium-sized business clients for its new TeamViewer ONE platform, launched in December. The platform offers a comprehensive digital workplace management solution, underscoring TeamViewer’s strategy to balance short-term caution with long-term growth opportunities.
